Fancy Vivid Blue Diamond Pendant
This noteworthy auction item is a rare natural color Fancy Vivid blue diamond pendant, which sold for $32.6 million at Sotheby’s New York last November. This pear-shaped diamond weighs 9.75 carats, and is mounted in platinum. Large colored diamonds are extremely rare and therefore, very desirable. This pendant is no exception.

Fancy Vivid Blue Diamond Ring
If you found the rare Fancy Vivid blue diamond pendant dazzling, take a look at this Fancy Vivid blue diamond and colorless diamond 18kt white gold ring. The center 3.32 ct modified emerald cut diamond is a natural color Fancy Vivid blue, Internally Flawless clarity. The two side stones are colorless trilliant-cut diamonds, with a combined weight of approximately 2.00 cts. The hammer price of HK$41.5 million (5.3 million in US dollars) demonstrates the rarity and demand for these colored diamonds.

These beautiful marquise and pear-shaped diamond cluster earrings, by Bulgari, feature a stunning Fancy Vivid blue diamond (6.95 cts) and Fancy Vivid pink diamond (6.79 cts). The blue and pink pendants are detachable. In addition, the earrings have a total of 12 colorless pear-shaped diamonds and 2 colorless marquise-shaped diamonds with a total weight of 19.28 carats. The colorful diamond duo realized over $16 million at auction.
